We specialize in these machines and we have multiple units available (Ranging from MFG 2013 to 2018). Price varies for each unit. We attached pictures of 1 Unit but we have photos and videos available for all of our units. All are biomed tested, hardware is upgraded, Software can be upgraded on request (Between Software Version 11 and 12).

Base order comes with Sealer and one Filler. Additional accessories available at an additional cost.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for this invoice, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Instropoint Inc.

Package Includes

Your purchase includes only the items specifically listed on the invoice and/or shown in the accompanying photographs.

If an accessory, cable, manual, software, consumable, or other item is not shown or specifically listed, it is not included. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding what is included.

Repair Services

When Instropoint Inc. performs repair services on customer-owned equipment, the repair is limited solely to the specific issues identified and agreed upon before service.

Unless expressly stated in writing, a repair performed by Instropoint Inc. does not constitute a complete inspection, preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, recertification, safety certification, or verification that the equipment is suitable for clinical or patient use.

Following any repair, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly inspected, calibrated, preventive maintenance is performed, and all required testing and certifications are completed by qualified biomedical personnel before the equipment is placed back into service.

Instropoint Inc. makes no representation or warranty that repaired equipment is patient-ready or approved for clinical use unless expressly stated in writing.

The customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to verify that the equipment complies with all applicable manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and facility policies before use.

Equipment Condition

Unless otherwise stated in writing, equipment is sold in the condition described on the invoice and/or shown in the accompanying photographs.

Any testing performed will be specifically noted. If no testing is stated, functionality beyond basic inspection or power-on should not be assumed.

Many medical and laboratory devices require calibration, preventive maintenance, recertification, and/or biomedical inspection before being placed into service.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly inspected, calibrated, certified (if applicable), and safe for its intended use before use in research, laboratory, or patient care applications.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Instropoint Inc. does not represent or warrant that any medical device is patient-ready or certified for clinical use.

Shipment

Orders are shipped after full payment has been received.

Items ship from Instropoint Inc.'s warehouse.

Local pickup is available for select items.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may provide their own shipping account or request that Instropoint arrange shipping.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the buyer once the shipment has been released to the carrier or picked up by the buyer or the buyer's designated freight carrier.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice.

Virginia sales tax will be collected where required by law unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided before payment.

Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:

Any item protected by a security or tamper-evident seal that is removed, broken, altered, or damaged is not eligible for return, refund, or warranty consideration.

Returns requested for reasons other than the equipment not conforming to the agreed description may be subject to:

a 20% restocking fee, and

all original shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returned equipment must be received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

All returns must receive prior written authorization from Instropoint Inc. before being shipped back.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, equipment is sold AS IS with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If a written warranty is specifically provided on the invoice or sales agreement, that warranty shall govern and supersede this section.

Medical Device Notice

The sale of certain medical devices may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and applicable state and local regulations.

Where applicable, Instropoint Inc. reserves the right to verify that the purchaser is authorized to acquire such equipment before shipment.

For questions regarding regulatory requirements, please consult the FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH).

Limitation of Liability

The buyer acknowledges that used medical and laboratory equipment should be inspected by qualified personnel before use.

If equipment will be used for patient care, diagnosis, or any clinical application, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment has been properly inspected, calibrated, serviced, and certified by qualified biomedical personnel before being placed into service.

Instropoint Inc. shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from the installation, operation, maintenance, transportation, misuse, modification, or use of the equipment after delivery.

For Repairs: Instropoint Inc. shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from the installation, operation, maintenance, transportation, repair, misuse, modification, or use of any equipment after it has been returned to the customer or delivered to the purchaser.
